Runsploration: O Canada
I am in Toronto for work and so far, the trip has been pretty fantastic. I got to experience some night life with new friends on Saturday night, the IndyCar race with valued clients yesterday and today, took my running shoes on a little runsploration around the city.
I wish I could have documented the smells for you guys. There is something about smells that can trigger a memory buried deep in the back of my head. The exhaust from the cars. The sweet aroma of pastries from local bakeries. The perfume on women walking from the train to work. The water. It was a lovely 4-mile run.
